For ages 4-11years. We cover Street Dance, Hip Hop, Disco Freestyle, Rock N Roll & Slow work. Its great Fun for all involved we incorporate warm ups and stretching, practice steps and cool downs. Props can be included for show work or exams. We encourage cardio for fitness and most of all make it FUN.
